La Perla Property Management is pleased to announce our new partnership with SmartStreet, powered by Banc of California, for processing all assessment payments. We will no longer use Sunwest Bank as of August 15th.
Please carefully review the attached information on making your assessment payments starting August 1st. It is crucial that you address this matter promptly.
